An introductory camp designed to teach fundamentals in many of the following sports and activities: Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Touch Football, Ultimate Frisbee and Swimming, plus a Friday ‘Fun & Games’ day.
A technique and skill development camp designed to teach dribbling, control, passing, heading, shooting and goalkeeping, and the fundamentals of offensive and defensive team play.
A technique and skill development camp designed to teach passing and catching, rebounding, dribbling, screens and 1-on-1 moves, and the fundamentals of offensive and defensive team play.
A technique and skill development camp designed to teach grip, footwork, forehands, backhands, lobs, volleys, overhead smashes, the serve, return of serve and approaches for singles play.
A technique and skill development camp designed to cradling, catching, throwing, groundballs, protecting the stick, body positioning, dodging, shooting, spacing, and communication.
A technique and skill development camp designed to teach all facets of the golf swing, including grip, stance, ball position, posture, alignment, aim, swing path, and ball striking, as well as short game components including putting, chipping, pitching and sand play.
Video analysis of half and full swing shots included. Rules, etiquette, safety, and conditioning are also covered during this intensive four-day program.
A technique and skill development camp designed to teach jumps, basic stunting, cheers, choreographed dance routines, and the fundamentals of cheerleading including attitude and enthusiasm.
No experience is required, just be ready for a lot of movement and fun.
A technique and skill development camp designed to instruct and train young athletes in the basic essential skills of volleyball including serving, hitting, passing, setting, digging, and blocking.
Players will also learn to develop an understanding of team play and cooperative interaction within a team framework in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
An introductory parent-child program designed to teach basic swimming skills and water safety, with the addition of fun games like Water-Winged Water Polo, Rain Drops, Sponge Relay and more.
A game strategy and tactical development camp designed to teach players how to play in various situational environments (i.e. up a goal, down a goal etc.) and to adapt positional roles and responsibilities within various formations (i.e. 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 4-5-1 etc.).
A technique and skill development camp designed to teach advanced footwork, passing, shooting, dribbling, screening and team play.
A game strategy and tactical development camp designed to teach stroke production, footwork, mental toughness (incorporating how to stay "quiet" during long difficult matches) as well as specialty shots and doubles strategy.
This camp is for the high level to tournament level player ... incorporating tips on how to win when you are not playing well (anyone can win when their game is on). We’ll work with you to "pull it out" when things are tough.
A game strategy and tactical development camp designed for experienced middle school and high school players with intermediate to experienced skill levels who desire to learn more intricate, detailed strategies at their positions.
At the offensive end of the field, we will focus on the nuances of dodging, feeding, cutting, shooting, footwork, spacing, picking on and off-ball, communication, and understanding one's strength(s). The defensive players will learn positioning, stick-checks, communication, team defense, defending the two-man game, clearing, and other intangibles.
A game strategy and tactical development camp designed to assist in skill improvement, team play, execution, knowledge, and character development.
Players will develop mental ‘conditioning’ skills and will learn to ‘coach’ themselves during a match.
