Want to tell us about your Dominican Sports Camp experience and enter your child to win a cool Dominican prize pack? Complete the evaluation below to automatically enter the prize draw.
The three campers whose parents submit the most informative evaluations over the summer will receive a prize pack that includes a selection of Dominican Athletics branded merchandise and a Penguin VIP Pass, which allows you to enter any 2008-2009 Dominican-hosted collegiate sporting match (includes Women’s Tennis, Men’s Lacrosse, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Women’s Volleyball) for free.
Evaluations will be judged on Monday August 18, 2008. Prize winners will be notified by Friday August 22, 2008.
